Peru offers the best kite conditions in February with pleasant air and water temperatures. In Paracas there are shallow water and waves in the immediate vicinity and in addition, the wind machine starts daily punctually between 11.00 and 13.00 clock. Then the wind steadily increases. The wind force is perfect for 7 to 14 square meters of kites. The Pacific offers a perfect shallow lagoon right in front of the property in a huge sheltered bay. There are hardly any local kiters. So that you have the huge bay almost to itself. About 10 to 20 minutes by car, the Paracas National Park boasts numerous wave spots with incredibly clean and friendly waves – perfect for beginners. The Pacific is pleasantly warm at this time of the year and in these latitudes, so a shorty is sufficient.
